We highly recommend starting with our "Basic Yoga Poses (Asanas)" or "Introduction to Yoga Philosophy" courses. Hatha Yoga is also an excellent style for beginners. These will give you a strong and safe foundation for your practice.

Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows you to move freely. We provide yoga mats and props, but you are welcome to bring your own. Also, consider bringing a water bottle and a small towel.

To become a certified instructor, you can enroll in our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs. We offer 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour certifications that are globally recognized. Our Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training is also an excellent option for a comprehensive qualification.
