Procedure for New Centre Affiliation

1

Application Submission

Submit the complete application form along with all required documents and the processing fee.

Verification & Inspection

Our team will verify your documents and conduct an on-site inspection of your proposed center premises.

Approval & Agreement

Upon successful verification, you will receive an approval letter. You must then sign the Center agreement.

4

Center Activation

After agreement, your center will be activated. You'll receive your affiliation certificate and starter kit to begin operations.

Guidelines, Terms & Conditions

  • Theory Room: Minimum 150 sq. ft. with adequate seating for at least 15 students.
  • Lab Room: Minimum 200 sq. ft. equipped with the required number of computers.
  • Office/Reception: A separate, well-furnished area of at least 100 sq. ft. for counseling and administrative tasks.
  • Washroom Facilities: Clean and separate washrooms for male and female students.
  • Minimum of 5-10 computers with up-to-date configurations.
  • All necessary legal software for the courses offered must be installed.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Printer, scanner, and other necessary peripherals.
  • At least one qualified faculty member for every 15 students.
  • Faculty must have a degree/diploma in the relevant field with adequate teaching experience.
  • One dedicated center manager for administrative and counseling duties.
  • A one-time, non-refundable Affiliation fee is applicable.
  • Standardized fees for student registration and examinations must be collected and remitted to EVCSM.
  • The Center agreement is valid for a specific period and is subject to renewal fees.
