Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 10 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 10 days from the date you purchased the course.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day we receive your refund request. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

In order to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• The course was purchased in the last 10 days.

• You have not accessed or used the course materials.

• Refunds will not be applicable if the course has been partially or fully completed.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

We cannot offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Customized or Personalized Courses: Courses tailored specifically for you or your organization.

• Partially or Fully Accessed Courses: If you have accessed any course content, including video lessons, downloadable materials, or assessments, the course is considered non-refundable.

• Expired Refund Period: Requests made after the 10-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
