Minimum Area: 200 - 500 sq. ft.
Rooms Required: At least 1 theory room, 1 practical/lab room, 1 counseling/office room, and 1 washroom.
Environment: The center must have proper lighting, ventilation, and safe drinking water facilities.
Hardware: Minimum of 3-5 computers with up-to-date configurations (Pentium IV or higher, sufficient RAM/HDD).
Peripherals: At least one printer and a reliable broadband internet connection are mandatory.
